Good Saturday everyone

As of Wednesday May 7th the New Owner has purchased Parkview Gardens

The New Owner has hired ‘Young Management Corporation’ to manage, run and over see all .

Corey and I are employees of ‘Young Management Corporation’

Corey and I do not know New Owners name, please do not ask us because we do not know.
Location of owner is East Coast and that’s all we have been told. BUT……….

Thursday ‘Young Management Corporation’ as they are referred to ‘YMCorp’ members were on the property as you saw all day Thursday with Corey and I and many Good Changes are coming for PV and Corey and I are excited

YES. YMCorp wants us both to stay!!!!

YES. STRECK LANE tenants your siding is coming VERY soon and the last of the 4 roofs

In the next week more things will be happening.

My new supv as some came in Thursday met her name is Jamie.
You will see her from time to time in my office and property
She loves Dogs!!!! Bring them in as usual, ‘YMCorp ‘has an office dog, how cool is that!!!

My New Office Hours are:

Mon. 8-3
Tues. 8-3
Wed CLOSED to the public unless by appt. As well as present Tenants
Thur. 8-3
Fri. 8-3

Curb Appeal has been keeping up with parking lot and sidewalks yesterday and they will be out again today, THEY are AWESOME!

I was on the phone with CSC all day asking ETA on our new machines that their Field Manager Gary Wnder said were being delivered today when he came to Parkview and had meeting with me Aug 13th for BOTH laundry rooms.

9am CSC called me and said Installation was still scheduled for today but only 4 washer machines.
I highly forecefully requested 2 of those washer be installed in P-IV laundry room and other 2 in P-I laundry room to replace the condemned one since they tag it April 12 and then another washer.

CSC representative had no idea Gary Winder ordered all Washers and Dryers to be replaced so she than put in request just today for all dryers and last washer to be replaced and said they would be here Sept 13th🤬🤬

12pm came no CSC truck

2pm came no CSC truck

I called ALL numbers that called me this morning, No voice mail boxes

I called Branch Manager who THEN gave me installation manager personal cell after I informed them they are in breech of their contract ever since May by not replacing the first washer they condemned on April 12 with no replacement in 14days

Installation manager told me they were not coming to property at all today at 2:45pm and was told by ‘Tara’ in the sales department at 10:14am she had told me this already today and I was fine because NOW the plan is ALL Washer and Dryers in both Laundry rooms are being replaced Sept 13th at one time

Which all along that’s what was supposed to happen today.

So once again CSC Laundry company is not communicating with each employee of every department and leaving YOU their customers without!!!

FYI to anybody who hasn’t seen the signs on Laundry Rooms doors.

Both Laundry Rooms will be Closed Friday Aug, 30th

CSC are SUPPOSE to change out all Washers & Dryers that day to NEW ones, per their Field/ Site Manager Gary Winder
