One of my favorite parts of new construction is the stage most people never see.
Before drywall goes up...before the pretty finishes...when it's just the bones of the house and a vision for what it will become.
On this home, Bible verses were written on the studs while it was being built, and I just love the idea of a home being prayed over and spoken over before a family ever moves in.

If buying a home this year is on your mind, don't automatically assume it has to be something already built. New construction can be a really good option for a lot of people. Especially if you like the idea of starting fresh and making it feel like yours from the beginning.
If you've been curious about building but don't really know where to start, I'm always happy to talk it through. No pressure, just helping you figure out what makes the most sense.
