Almost 10 years ago, I came to St. Louis for work and saw a home in Warrenton that was listed as “Coming Soon.”
I drove down I-70, walked through it, wrote an offer that day.
Kevin hadn’t even seen it yet.
We weren’t just buying a house—we were choosing a lifestyle. We wanted room for horses, dogs, and a home with heart, all within an hour of the airport.
Looking back, that one decision changed everything.
We’ve raised our daughter here, built businesses here, welcomed horse babies and Lab puppies here, and watched my parents fall in love with the area so much they moved across the road.
