We tried to think of everything.😀two turn key main level masters (5 bedroom/4.5 baths) a few blocks from Old Town Warrenton. Beautiful shady backyards, front porches to wave to neighbors. Hard to take pics when there is no power and windows are painted over….so you have to imagine how nice this will be when finished. Main level master on a lovely street walkable to Old Town…enjoy coffee on the back deck and wine in the evening on the front porch. Walk to dinner and the farmers market…close to the WARF and the hospital/ doctors…second bedroom on main level and two additional bedrooms upstairs and….another in the basement: a smart “downsizing” plan with plenty of places to put your treasures.😃

So….im getting a lot of messages about building this home (again) on a beautiful 23 acre lot (that is also surrounded by other estate lots)….i am having a difficult time choosing a Hardie plank color (I would like to use the cedar garage doors and accents again)….and would love to know what you all think….any suggestions on Hardie color for the new build? I loooove this grey but don’t want to use anything similar .
