Its Fire Cider day! After cooking for a month it is finally ready to go. And oh how yummy it is.

What is fire cider? Fire Cider is an apple‑cider‑vinegar infusion packed with pungent, warming ingredients like horseradish, ginger, garlic, onions, hot peppers (often cayenne), sometimes turmeric, citrus, or herbs and finished with honey for balance. This blend is steeped for 3–4 weeks before straining. The result is a zesty, hot, sour, slightly sweet tonic

What is the purpose of Fire Cider? While it’s considered a folk remedy rather than a proven medical treatment, people commonly take it for digestive support, a warming, circulatory boost, seasonal immune support and/or clearing sinus congestion.

Can you believe we are just over a week away from Christmas?

Spending this season as Santa has been one of the most humbling and joyful experiences of my life. There is something truly magical about seeing the world through the eyes of a child and hearing the dreams of so many families. It makes me incredibly proud to play a small part in their holiday memories.

But here is a little secret: that "Santa Care" doesn’t expire on December 26th!

Whether I’m checking a list twice or negotiating a home inspection, I bring that same level of dedication, joy, and protection to my real estate clients all year long. If you’re looking for a move in the New Year, I’d love to guide you home with the same care I give at the North Pole.
