True story! The highs and lows of this career can be all over the place depending on the day. But, being able to reflect on choosing this as my career for the last 16 years does help smooth the curve a bit. I find statistics so interesting. Many of these things we already knew but it is interesting to see how it all stacks up. I was especially interested to see the average age of the first time buyer - I wonder if that’s higher or lower than previous years? I also want to find the 3% of people who didn’t use the internet in their home search. Fascinating! Guess I’ll research those in all my free time! 🤣

This quote really stopped me in my tracks. Having a group of people, especially women, in my corner has made a monumental impact on my life. It has also made me think of who I champion - who are the people that I try to connect? And are those people doing that for me? I like to think so and my hope is always to conduct my life and business in ways that make people want to be in my corner and help me succeed. There is enough success for ALL of us! 🙌🏻💚

What a whirlwind that was! My sellers wanted to go on the market late fall but with the incredibly low interest rates and lack of inventory, we moved up our timeframe. Luckily, they were organized and had responded positively to the updates that were needed to put their best foot forward when we went active. A quick 48 hours later, they were under contract after reviewing multiple offers. Congratulations, sellers! 🥂 🏡💚
