Residents with questions or concerns are encouraged to reach out directly. Publicly criticizing Lakewood Park and specific tenants on social media is considered defamatory. ‼️Road construction‼️ 🚧 please be mindful of all exits that may be closed temporarily while they are redoing them, I am aware of some of the issues regarding all entrances closed at the same time and they are not supposed to be. Just use common sense and wait until they level out the intersection, they are not liable for damages to vehicles if you choose to drive over a visible area that may be blocked off temporarily. I know it’s frustrating and I share your concern as I have to navigate the same path daily. They should have someone directing the traffic flow for all citizens that live on the ridge and in the construction zones. The MN State Highway Department is aware of these concerns.

The main entrance adjacent to the office is currently closed due to construction on the approach. Please exercise caution regarding construction equipment and road closures, and utilize alternate routes such as Lake Town Hall Road to 350th Street. We anticipate a prolonged period of disruption and recommend allowing additional time to reach your destinations.
