Some closings you announce. This one I'm framing. πΌοΈ
This was the hardest, longest, most "are you kidding me" transaction of my career to date. I mean that as the highest compliment to everyone who refused to let it die π₯³.
We went under contract multiple times before we ever made it to closing. Title issues, multiple appraisers, title companies, you name it. At times, it seemed impossible that we would ever get here. π¬
This transaction quietly touched hundreds of people and almost none of it is the part anyone sees!
The smiles, hugs and pictures at closing were the result of an amazing co-op agent who communicated better than anyone I've ever had the pleasure of working across the table from (bonded for life now, truly π).
A buyer patient and motivated enough to stay in the fight. And a seller who trusted the process when walking away would've been easier.
Our seller stayed the course. And six months after we listed, we closed for more than we listed the house forβ more than he ever expected to walk away with! π₯³π‘π
This is the stuff that happens in the background. The calls, the problem-solving, the people quietly moving mountains so one family can move forward. Most people don't see it. But it's everything.
To everyone who had a hand in this one, thank you. We did something hard, together, and we did it right π€π‘
