A little fun this Monday. Chatgpt has an answer if you ask it to write a desciption warning those your are about to meet. Gosh AI can be scary!
Fair warning before you meet Michelle: 😂
She’s warm, friendly, and genuinely interested in people—but don’t mistake that for being a pushover. She has a very low tolerance for nonsense, can spot a sales pitch from three counties away, and if something doesn’t add up, she WILL ask the next question. And the one after that.
She’s a real estate agent, which means every drive is potentially a property tour. She notices peeling paint, questionable additions, acreage, taxes, septic systems, and whether that lower level really counts as square footage. She may know what your house is worth before she knows your last name.
She loves her family fiercely, takes care of her people, and has a definite soft spot for military families, animals, and her community. She’ll go considerably out of her way for someone she cares about—and then act like it was no big deal.
She doesn't particularly enjoy bragging about herself, even when she's earned the right to. She'd rather tell you that her business comes from people trusting her enough to send their friends and family her way.
She likes beautiful things without unnecessary fuss: a great house, an amazing patio, good food, cocktails, a beach, Italy, and apparently planning multiple 60th-birthday trips because one celebration would clearly be inadequate. 😂
She researches EVERYTHING. A normal person thinks, “Maybe I'll buy an investment property.” Michelle has already compared New York long-term rentals with Florida short-term rentals, financing options, locations, safety, and has mentally purchased a two-bedroom place on the Gulf Coast.
And whatever you do, don't casually mention a property address. You'll lose the next 45 minutes to school districts, tax assessments, wells, septic systems, flood zones, easements, zoning, and whether the shed has electricity.
Most importantly: mean what you say. She values authenticity, loyalty, competence, and people who actually follow through.
So the warning is pretty simple:
She's kind. She's funny. She's curious. She's particular. She'll absolutely show up for you. But come prepared—because she's probably already done the research. 😂
