What an absolutely amazing two days at the IAR Fall Conference! 💙🏡🔑

Two jam-packed days filled with incredible professionals, inspiring connections, and so much valuable information!

Sunday kicked things off with the Leadership Academy Alumni Reception, followed by the RPAC event. It was truly incredible to be surrounded by so many passionate and dedicated professionals all in one place!

Monday was packed with some of the best in the industry sharing knowledge, insight, and information to help us continue to grow, improve, and strive to provide the very best for our clients. There is always something new to learn, and I’m grateful for every opportunity to grow alongside such an amazing group of professionals.

Monday evening was especially meaningful as we celebrated the 2026 Leadership Academy graduation! 🎓

I was so proud to watch my friend and fellow agent, Tamara Harke, walk across that stage and represent Coldwell Banker Real Estate Group so beautifully! We are incredibly proud of you, Tamara! 💙👏

The IAR Fall Conference truly did not disappoint! So many memories, connections, lessons, and moments of inspiration packed into two incredible days. There really are no words to fully describe it!

Feeling grateful, inspired, and excited to bring everything I’ve learned back to our agents and continue striving to be the best we can be. 💙
