Another one CLOSED! 🏡🔑

From the beginning, my client had a really good idea of what he was looking for, and he wasn’t in a rush to settle for something that wasn’t quite right.

So we took our time. We toured several homes, talked through the good and the not-so-good, and just kept looking.

And then…there it was. ❤️

The home that checked all the boxes — and then some!

I really enjoyed getting to know him throughout this process and helping him find the place that felt right. I’m so glad we didn’t rush it, because in the end, the right house was absolutely worth waiting for.

Every accepted offer is special to me, to be even a small part of such an important life change is an absolute honor....but every now and then one hits me in my feelings just a little but more and this is one of them.

An accepted offer for a young man that I have known since his very first day earth side and his beautiful soon to be wife. They are buying a house!

I couldn't be more excited for them!

Inspection negotiations can get emotional fast.

You are finally under contract.

You are excited.

Then the report shows fifty things you did not know about yesterday.

That can make buyers want to ask for everything.
But the strongest strategy is usually not a long wish list.

It is a focused request that makes the seller understand what actually matters.
