Anyone can be a claims adjuster, it’s one of the least skilled positions on the planet. In this case the SENIOR adjuster didn’t understand when a roof gets stripped of its shingles, a dumpster is required to haul the debris away and labor is required to load the dumpster. 6000lbs of shingles… 🤷‍♂️

Water Damage Large Loss❗️ A toilet over flow lead to the Replacement of the wall hung heat/hot water combo unit, A renovated basement, a complete bathroom remodel on the 1st floor& all new hardwood floors throughout the first floor, as well as some new paint! We leave houses in better condition than they were prior to the claim!

Before, During & After… Large Loss Insurance Claim
The Public Adjuster was useless…. We were able to secure 4X the 💰 for repairs! Due to a sewage leak in 1 room, we proved that in order to make the repairs to meet the building code, nearly the entire house needed to be gutted to the studs & rebuilt! It took over a year to secure funding & make the repairs but my Clients were living in Florida the entire time on the Insurance Companies Dime! 💪

A Bad Decision❗️As a homeowner why would you pay a solar company to install a system on a brittle, moss covered 3 tab roof❓Better yet if you are the solar company why would you install panels on a roof that needed to be replaced❓I’m just wondering how much is it going to cost to have it all removed and re installed⁉️
