I have been a Realtor for 7+ years! I have sold almost 200 homes in that 7 year period! And I truly love to be at that closing table with my extremely happy clients!
So now I had decided to do another part of the real estate process.
I have just finished studying to be a a Notary Loan Signing Agent. I am now licensed to help people at the end of whatever they had done in estate to be the one help them understand and sign the many documents you have to sign at the end of the process. So I can help in another way too. I will be with people at the lawyers office or will be able to travel to wherever is most convenient to them. Even at your house. So they wouldn't even have to leave there house and still be able to get the signings done on the documents with absolutely no stress. Not even trying to get somewhere and it having to be at the same time you are usual st work. And there is even a program where you will be able to do it remotely with me. So bottom line is I will be In a new position in the process as well to make things even easier and more accommodating for you! So anybody needing any of m services I am here and ready to work with you on making your first or next real estate situation the best experience you will ever have. That is my goal with every single person that I work with. And I can't wait to get you where you want to go with as little to no stress as possible. And I am abke to work around your schedule. I am adding my new business to Twitter! I am now licensed and certified for a Notary Loan Signing Agent! I am a very hard working reliable professional. I have been a Realtor for the past 7 years as well. Which gives me a lot of experience for my new business. I feel that it gives me a bit of an edge over someone that does this job because i am a Realtor I know everything about real estate and the loan process and paperwork in a more in depth situation because as a real estate agent you need to know everything from the homes you are selling or buying. But you havebto know everything about the lending process and paperwork and the closing of the loan with the attorneys. So I am telling anyone who is in need of a motivated well versed person that can help in being your Notary loan signing agent for any of your closings for the signing of any and all loans. I am more than ready to get working for you immediately. I am a person who will always make sure that all loan documents are singed properly, no missing information and getting back documents immediately and never late. I take pride in either of my businesses. I have also been trained and educated by one of the best programs available. This program has made sure I know everything that is important for me to know to not make mistakes and to have all the necessary knowledge to make sure the lender or escrow company never has to worry about having to go back and redo the work I am being paid to do. Or to worry about the signed paperwork getting to where it needs to get to on time.
I have $500,000 of E&O insurance for security purposes as well.

It was a real pleasure to work with Lori! She was very helpful during the home-buying process, and my boyfriend and I are both very grateful to her. She helped us to buy our first home and it's everything we were hoping for!

Lori helped me out of one house and into another. She really made the whole process both seamless and painless. She was there every step of the way to answer all of my questions, even the stupid ones!
She is very knowledgeable with all of the many aspects of the process.
