Joellen Real Estate Joellen has been selling RI since 2009. She now serves as the Productivity Coach at KW Coastal and helps agents launch their careers in RE. Yes, in a pandemic!

Joellen started her career in a declining market, where foreclosures were prevalent. In 2018, Joellen made her move to Keller Williams in North Kingstown to pursue a team leadership role and to also welcome Scott in to the real estate world. In 2020, beautiful RI homes was born. The team structure between Scott and Joellen is dynamic and encompasses all things real estate. Scott’s extensive background in construction and building helps their team tremendously when advising their clients through the transaction. Joellen many years in the trenches of real estate coupled with Scott’s experience in the building world make them an insurmountable resource for their clients! Why real estate? My interest in real estate grew as I did. I grew up living on Main Street in East Greenwich, in a beautiful old condo that was converted from a liquor store. The condo was on the top floor and it had high ceilings, exposed beams and tons of character. My mother and I would spend our Sundays walking to open houses in the Hills & Harbor area of EG. I loved all the old homes with so much charm! My passion for homes never dwindled. At 21, I owned my first home and continued from there to own two more. I am thrilled to be in my profession and excited each time a new client comes to me with their wish list. I love my job, and not many people can say that. Each one of my clients are treated like they are my one and only. I am responsive, attentive and driven to get you a home! -Joellen

September was about GROWTH — and we are seeing what happens when agents consistently water their businesses.

The Launch Program is having a BIG month. And the activity happening right now is exactly what we built this program to create.
