Wayne is the longest tenured leasing agent at Royal Crest Warwick. He is an absolute rockstar of a leasing agent at that!
Q: How long have you been in your role? ⏳
A: I’ve been in this position for 12 years—and I’ve been at this property for all 12 of those years!
Q: What do you enjoy doing outside of work? 🌿🎸A: I love playing guitar, gardening, and spending time in nature. Most importantly, I enjoy playing and making memories with my amazing kids!
Q: Tell us about your family 👨👩👧👦
A: I have a wonderful wife and two awesome kids, ages 5 and 7.
Q: What’s your favorite part of your role? 😊
A: The people! I truly enjoy all the great interactions and connections I get to make every day.
Q: What do you love most about Royal Crest? 🦌🦊🐢🦃🐦
A: The nature! Our property is full of wildlife—from deer and fox to turtles, turkeys, and so many birds. It’s such a peaceful and beautiful place to work.
Q: What’s something unique about the community? 🏞️
A: It used to be a quarry before becoming the community it is today, which makes for some incredible grounds to explore and enjoy!
