REALTORS:
I came across a stat from NAR recently that blew my mind: 49% of Realtors didn’t sell a single home in 2024. Of those who did sell, 70% sold 5 or fewer homes last year.
My first thought? Maybe it’s time to redefine what it means to be a “Realtor.”
We hear people call themselves top producers…but they’re not producing. If you’re calling yourself a Realtor but aren’t selling homes, what are you doing?
Yes, the market has shifted. But let’s be honest—it’s not impossible; it’s just not as easy as it was during the boom of 2020. Now we have to work. Now we have to deliver value. Now we have to sharpen our skills and hustle to find clients.
Excuses won’t sell homes. Complaining won’t pay the bills. The only way to win is to do the work.
