My New Years Eve dinner. Guys had burgers and I made this YUMM! 👅 made the marinade for the shrimp, homemade dressing and topped it with olives, goat cheese, cucumber and tomatoes. This was unbelievably delicious. As my hubby said, “that’s an explosion of flavors in your mouth”! It was one of the best shrimp salads I’ve made. ❤️
