As many of you know, before becoming a Realtor with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Green Team, I spent many years as a teacher and basketball coach. One of the most rewarding parts of those careers was helping others learn, grow, and reach their potential.

That’s why I’m especially excited to be mentoring Alize Vazquez, who recently earned her New York Real Estate License and is beginning her real estate journey with our team.

Alize and I meet one to two times each week to work on everything from technology and training to contracts, marketing, and client service. My goal is to share the knowledge and experience I’ve gained over the years so she can build a strong foundation and be successful right from the start.

Just like in coaching, success in real estate comes from preparation, hard work, continuous learning, and having the right support system. Alize has a tremendous work ethic, a positive attitude, and a genuine desire to help others, and I know those qualities will serve her well.

Please join me in congratulating Alize on earning her license and wishing her great success as she begins this exciting new chapter. I look forward to watching her grow and thrive in the real estate profession!

Before social media, before smartphones, and long before today’s NBA, there were two kids cheering for the New York Knicks. 🏀💙🧡

Tonight, Joe Melder and I are celebrating another Knicks victory after being loyal fans since the late 1960s. We’ve shared decades of unforgettable moments, from the championship years to the rebuilding years—and everything in between.

Some things change, but great friendships and a love for the Knicks never do.

Here’s to over 50 years of friendship, loyalty, and believing in the orange and blue. 🍻
