🧑‍🍳 Milton's at Statler Presents: Milton & Freinds!

From now until the New Year, the Statler will be hosting a series of food and drink pop-ups where a local guest chef will take over Milton's, the lobby bar, each week. You can enjoy these interim pop-ups from Wednesday through Friday from 4-9 pm.

"The Milton’s team is excited to roll out the pop-ups, and then the restaurant come 2024. The pop-up concept is their way of co-pollinating with local small businesses while helping to revitalize downtown."

This past Tuesday, we celebrated the grand opening of the Richardson Hotel! Hundreds of people experienced the newly renovated space while enjoying live music, hors d'oeuvres from Cucina, and Bar Vaux and Cafe Calvert refreshments.

🏙️ Douglas Development Corporation's footprint can soon be found in Pittsburgh!

The 26-story Centre City Tower, which Douglas Jemal acquired back in 2021, is set to receive upgrades to its elevators and plumbing, as well as new HVAC units and lighting. The improvements made to the downtown office building will save an estimated 648, 498 kilowatts of electricity and 580, 274 gallons of water annually. 🤯
