Time for a little mindset reframe. If you’ve been putting off your dreams because…

- You think you won’t be successful
- You think it’s too late in the game to get into real estate
- You feel like you’ve tried before, so there’s no point in trying again

Then you need to remember that success doesn’t have a specific recipe. Putting your dreams off will ensure that they never happen.

But if you start late, or start over, or start even though you’re unsure, or hit a failure in the road, you're taking action–and taking action means that you can succeed.

Success is out there waiting for you. You just have to take the first step to get there.

This is no one’s idea of a good time, and it can have some major legal and financial repercussions.

If you know that there’s something up with your house–say you’ve had to repair cracks in the foundation a few times or there’s a pesky pest problem that crops up every winter–you are legally required to disclose it.

Knowing that there’s a defect with your property and deciding to not make that known to the buyers opens you up to being sued for things ranging from negligence to fraud.

You want to avoid that at all costs because a lawsuit of any kind is going to cost you money, time, and energy you probably don’t want to spend.

So if there’s something a little weird with your house, let us know and do not hide it!
