We had such a great time volunteering with Habitat for Humanity at their Chantilly ReStore! 🛠️💙 Our Dwecksters rolled up their sleeves to sort donations, stock the showroom, and support affordable housing in our community. We’re proud to give back and be part of something that truly makes a difference.

Meet Alex Williams, Dweck Properties Project Administrator, who started taekwondo in 2023 simply to join her young daughter Aurora on the mat, and has since trained side by side with her several days a week. Now both are heading to the 2026 AAU Taekwondo Nationals in Fort Lauderdale, competing together in a journey built on discipline, confidence, and a mother-daughter bond that keeps growing stronger.

We couldn’t be more proud to be recognized by the Washington Business Journal as one of the Best Places to Work! Last night, we officially accepted the award and we’re honored that our employee survey score ranked among the highest of more than 100 companies recognized across all industries.

Even more meaningful: we were the only property management company in the DC area to receive this extraordinary honor.

Last week, our Dwecksters got their hands in the dirt for a great cause 🌱 In honor of National Gardening Day, team members volunteered at the Washington Youth Garden, helping with mulching, weeding, and harvesting fresh produce.

This one-acre garden has been empowering students and supporting families in the DC community since 1971, growing thousands of pounds of fruits and vegetables each year to help fight food insecurity.
We are so proud of our team for showing up and giving back in such a meaningful way 💚
