A new wellness concept has arrived in the retail space at The Gramercy at Metropolitan Park, and it’s already finding its place in the National Landing community. SweatHouz, a contrast therapy studio centered around infrared saunas and cold plunges, opened its doors just three months ago and has quickly welcomed clients from the community.

Meet Alex Williams, Dweck Properties Project Administrator, who started taekwondo in 2023 simply to join her young daughter Aurora on the mat, and has since trained side by side with her several days a week. Now both are heading to the 2026 AAU Taekwondo Nationals in Fort Lauderdale, competing together in a journey built on discipline, confidence, and a mother-daughter bond that keeps growing stronger.
