Located just a three-minute walk from the community, Casa Tequila has become a favorite gathering place for neighbors, families, friends, and even Dweck Properties team members.

Today, our Rolling Brook Village team traded their usual to-do list for paintbrushes and a purpose. 🎨💙

Our Dwecksters spent the day volunteering with Northern Virginia Family Service at the SERVE campus in Manassas, helping refresh the warehouse ahead of one of their largest donation intakes of the year.

We’re proud of our team for showing up, pitching in, and putting community into action. 🫶

When Jasmine's name was announced at DweckSTARS as Leasing Professional of the Year, she couldn't believe it. For someone who entered the property management industry just over two years ago with no prior leasing experience, the honor was more than an award. It was validation that she is learning the industry and has experienced growth worth recognizing.

Our May Dweckster of the Month is Marlon Mangubat!

Everyone knows Marlon for his infectious smile and positive attitude, but this recognition is for something even more remarkable. When a resident faced a medical emergency, Marlon quickly recognized the seriousness of the situation and stayed by their side, offering comfort and reassurance until emergency responders arrived. It may not have been in his job description, but it perfectly reflects who Marlon is. The resident’s family later sent a special note praising his kindness and compassion. We are incredibly proud of Marlon; though not at all surprised.

Marlon has been a valued member of the Crystal Towers team for 12 years, serving as both a Maintenance Technician and Maintenance Coordinator. Before making the United States his home, he worked as a welder in shipyards in Singapore and Barbados.

Marlon and his wife met in Singapore and built their family together before settling in the U.S. Today, they are proud parents of a 19-year-old son who is studying business administration in college.

When he is not at work, Marlon stays busy maintaining his home and yard, cooking his signature chicken adobo, and enjoying bike riding and basketball.

We are honored to recognize Marlon and grateful for the care, kindness, and dedication he brings to Dweck every day. Congratulations, Marlon, on being our Dweckster of the Month!

There was no shortage of creativity, laughter, and a little bit of chaos at Dweck's Take Your Kids to Work Day! 🎉

Our future leaders stayed busy stuffing nearly 40 backpacks for Arlington students before diving into a day full of fun. They built and raced wooden cars, put their engineering skills to the test during the Egg Drop challenge, wrote a hilarious What the Heck is a Dweck? Mad Lib, showed off their talents with an impromptu ribbon dancing and singing performance, and enjoyed plenty of crafts, bingo, and free play along the way.

A big thank you to everyone who helped make the day so memorable. We loved having these bright young minds spend the day with us!
