What’s actually happening in the DMV housing market right now?

Across Washington, DC, Arlington County, and Montgomery County, we’re seeing a slight increase in inventory, steady pricing, and buyers taking a more measured approach.
In other words — the market is starting to feel more balanced than it has in recent years.

At the same time, demand at the top end hasn’t gone anywhere, with a record-setting $28M sale in Georgetown earlier this year.
