I wanted to take a moment and highlight a recent sale that I was very fortunate to be a part of. It was such a pleasure helping my client Riley find her dream row house on this beautiful block in Bloomingdale! Houses such as this one are in high demand in neighborhoods like Bloomingdale because there simply aren't enough of them for sale, and that meant that we were facing multiple competing offers from some very motivated competition that really wanted the house.

In multiple offer situations like this, whether it's 3 or 7 offers you're competing against, there are usually a couple that stand out from the pack. When a seller is deciding between those strongest offers, all the little details matter and can make the difference between having your offer accepted and moving into your dream home, or receiving the bad news that someone else won the house. Beyond the very important sales price and contingencies, I like to listen carefully to the listing agent and find out what is most important to the seller so that my clients and I can craft an offer that stands out from the rest.

In this case, I couldn't ask for a better or more understanding client, and thankfully we were able to put together an offer that the seller couldn't refuse. One of the best parts about this job for me is being able to make that phone call where I tell my clients that their offer was accepted and the house they've fallen in love with will soon be theirs, and I feel very fortunate that I was able to share that news with Riley. There's a lot of competition in this business and it can be hard to break through, especially when you don't have years of experience and hundreds of transactions to point to as proof of your success. The reality is that the consumer has lots of options to choose from and when it comes to a major financial decision like buying or selling real estate, who you work with matters. That's why I take this responsibility so seriously and am honored to have had so many people place their trust in me already. Lists like this are just a reflection of that, and that's why I am incredibly grateful to all of my clients, friends, family and everyone who has been so supportive along the way!

Very happy that I was able to help my buyer client close quickly and smoothly on this investment property that was purchased as part of a 1031 Exchange. This is a beautiful unit with high end finishes that was priced to sell quickly, but with some negotiation I was able to get the seller down to their absolute minimum and break even point. My client was excited to get this property for $5,000 below list price. Plus, all of our repair requests were accepted, making this a very enjoyable experience for my buyer client!
