One of my favorite things about being part of Sotheby’s International Realty is getting a front-row seat to some of the most extraordinary homes in the world.

This stunning retreat in Mykonos is the kind of place that makes you start rearranging your life plans. Endless Aegean views, iconic Greek architecture, sunshine, sea breezes, and the kind of setting where every day feels like a vacation.

Now all I need is for one of my friends to buy it so I have an excuse to come visit. 🇬🇷☀️😉

Until then, I’ll just keep daydreaming about sunset dinners overlooking the water.

Hotels are gearing up for America 250 — and we got an early look. 🇺🇸

Last night we were invited to preview the new summer installation at the Waldorf Astoria Washington DC, and it's clear the city's hotels are leaning hard into this milestone moment.

Set inside the iconic Old Post Office building, the lobby and exterior have been refreshed with an Americana installation — a monument-inspired centerpiece, seasonal floral displays, and archival photography paying tribute to the nation's history. There's also a Presidential Suite done up in red, white & blue that's definitely making a statement.

The full programming runs May 19 through September 7, 2026, and goes well beyond the visuals — Peacock Alley is launching a Red, White & Brewed Afternoon Tea with savory bites, pastries, and the seasonal cocktail Liberty in Bloom, available Thursday through Sunday. The spa is also running an America's 250th treatment menu if that's more your speed.

I’m reading these because I want to bring that kind of magic into every experience I create for my clients. ✨

As a proud third-generation Washingtonian, I never take for granted how special this city truly is. And with America celebrating its 250th anniversary, there has never been a better time to visit DC. ❤️

So much is happening this summer, and I love love love seeing our city shine the way it deserves to.

Come for the monuments… stay for everything else. ✨
