2019 is around the corner and interest rates is likely to increase incrementally.
If you are looking to sell and/or buy, don't wait. As a seller, if interest rates increase, buyers will be less determined to purchase.
And buyers, if interest rates go up and you waited to purchase, the incremental quarter or so increase has a larger effect down the line.
