An interesting read, connecting dietary patterns and health-span + lifespan. My biggest shout out between the diets discussed though would be the Mediterranean diet (or a combination between the Mediterranean diet and the other strategies discussed) since it actually focuses on the varied nutrient content and quality a little bit more than the other strategies discussed. What are your thoughts?

We know many of us ❤ a bit of a caffeine pick-me-up before a long trip, but how do we know when it becomes excessive? Mayo clinic cites headaches, anxiousness, irritability, and fast heart beat to be common indicators of excessive caffeine intake (although those are also symptoms associated with working a rowdy flight ;) ). These symptoms are more likely to occur at intakes > 400mg of caffeine... the amount of caffeine in ~4 cups of brewed coffee.
