Check out our latest project, Selina Hotel located at 411 New York Ave NE. Selina breaks away from the ordinary and gives guests a unique experience.

Adaptive reuse of an extraordinary building, incorporating the original light industrial architecture with state of the art building systems and creative interior designs. The building is home to a hotel brand focused on experiential travel, Selina. It centers around artist and maker spaces as well as co-working spaces, all providing a variety of experiences for their patrons. The activity of the hotel circulates around the inner courtyard rising to a roof top food and beverage venue with views across the city. The hotel is a perfect addition to the dynamic and diverse Union Market community.
