Top 3 reasons I love living in DC:

1. DC is perfectly situated right in the middle of the east coast. So accessibility to other major cities along the east coast are truly a jump, hop, and a skip away.

2. I love how diverse the city is. It's a major melting pot of all different cultures, ethnicities,etc. And might I add- with diversity in culture comes diversity in cuisine and uh, I ain't missing no meals! 😂

3. DC is very fashion forward. I don't have to look in magazines or online for inspiration.
One of my fav places to go peoplewatch is on 14th and V and get inspired by all the creative ways I see DC show up and show out!

P.S. DC do it better than NY. So what- I said what I said. 😂

Hey family!

Average sale prices are still on the rise month over month in the DMV area. With spring/summer season fast approaching, I imagine that will remain a constant. Rates have also gone up, however, they are still considerably lower than they were this time last year.

Lower rates mean higher approval amounts and lower monthly payments. So if you were thinking of purchasing- now is still a great time!

I don't have any secrets. But I do intentionally start my day with a smile... even when I don't always feel like it. It's one of the few forms of therapy I'm most receptive to.

The energy pull from just smiling everyday keeps me positive and guides how I conduct my business, connect with my community, and maneuver through life in general.

If I really think about it- most of my successes started with a simple smile... and the universal powers that be, attracting opportunities and people "like" in nature.

Hey family! 🤗 Happy Monday!

Valentines Day has come and gone, and the grind continues. This Monday and moving forward- focus on being a doer. Intentionally change your mindset into what I like to call "Get it Done" mode.

Let this post be a helping guide to shifting your mindset into "Get it done" mode.

Something I have been failing at due to my failing mindset- is making my daily contact goals, to keep in touch with my sphere of influence. The goal just seemed unreasonable. But that was yesterday. Today will be different. Moving forward, I am committing to making my 40 contacts a day.

I can do it. I WILL do it because I choose my destiny, just as we all do. I forgot to ask for easy in my prayers- only guidance and strength to breaking generational curses.

So here's to getting it done! 🥂

📍 The Capital Wheel at the Nat'l Harbor. The Capital Wheel has 42 climate-controlled gondola cars that seat up to eight and circle every day and night of the year. 12pm-8pm

📍 Virtual Galentines Day Tea. Join Dumbarton House for this online celebration of Galentine’s Day, which will include instruction on craft activities, the construction of a tea sandwich, a lecture on friendship in the Federal period and conversation starters. Saturday 1pm-3pm

📍 Valentines Day Drive-In Movie Night at The Boro Tysons. Gates will open at 6:30pm and the movie will begin at 8:00pm – parking spots are first come, first serve. "Valentines Day" will be the motion picture.

As you know, Valentine's Day is coming up! Not a big participant myself, but I LOVE love, so I always get excited this time of year to see all the creative ways people think up to say- I love you. 🥰

For this Valentine's Day I plan on taking myself on a self-care date. Massage, facial, nails, hair... the works! Cook some din-din and netflix and chill my baby!😜
