Construction at 4901 1st St. NW, DC is moving quickly and skillfully. We remain on target for a Spring 2022 completion date. Foundational work is wrapping up, and framing is starting.

A wonderful part of the job is meeting our new neighbors - and we sure have some great folks on the block. We know they are excited to see our beautiful 5-condo-unit building underway.
