We have chosen our February Pet of the Month!!!!!!!

🐾 Hi, I’m Toto and I would like to explain why I am the perfect Valentine.

First of all, I love instantly and without hesitation. You? Stranger? Chair? Doesn’t matter. I’ve already decided you’re wonderful.

Second: I play fetch. Yes, like a dog. But better. Because I do it with style. I chase. I retrieve. I return. Commitment. Follow-through. Emotional availability.

Third: I follow you everywhere. Bathroom? I’m there. Kitchen? Obviously. You stand up for no reason? So do I. I am your shadow. Your tiny, fuzzy plus-one to life.

Fourth: I lay on top of you.
Not near you. Not beside you. On. You.
Because love should be heavy and warm and slightly inconvenient. If you can’t feel your legs anymore, that’s affection working correctly.

THE RESULTS ARE IN… AND WE HAVE A WINNER!

We’re thrilled to announce the official winner of the November’s Pet of the Month Contest: Oliver!

A little bit about Oliver:

“Hi everyone!

I’m Oliver and my parents and I just moved here, and at first I was terrified of all the loud city noises (especially those scary trucks — seriously, what’s their problem?!). I take my job of protecting my family very seriously, so if you ever hear me barking at someone in the alley, don’t worry — I’m just doing my duty as the neighborhood security officer. I love meeting new friends, playing, and getting all the pets and treats I can (oh, and… sorry if I sometimes steal too many of the lobby treats — they’re just so good!). Can’t wait to meet you all and make some new friends!

As part of his grand prize, Oliver will be featured in the building’s elevators and lobby! He’s also receiving a gift basket full of treats and toys. A huge thank-you to everyone who entered and voted. This contest was a hit because of you. We look forward to those festive December entries!
