The Post wrote: "Division1 Architects designed several of the buildings [in the area], such as the pictured Lacey condo
miniums (2250 11th St. NW). A gleaming glass box, the building is a striking departure from its nearest neighbor, the homey Florida Avenue Grill, without overwhelming it.... with cantilevered awnings, subtle touches of blue and green, and unexpected cutouts. Mixed in with much older buildings, [like the Grill,] they create a visual syncopation."
