Happy New Year, Beekman Place neighbors! 🎉
Wishing everyone a healthy, happy start to 2026.

As we kick off the year, I wanted to share that I currently have qualified buyers actively looking for units at Beekman Place, specifically lower-level 2- and 3-bedroom homes. If you or a neighbor are considering a move, I’d love to connect.

I also have an amazing 3-bedroom upper unit in Belmont coming on the market next week. If you have a friend or family member who might like a preview before it hits the market, please feel free to send them my way.

Call or text me anytime—I’m always happy to chat. 😊

Ghouls & Goblins,

We will be celebrating Halloween at Beekman Place this Saturday, October 26th starting at 4pm.

This is a volunteer run event by residents, not Beekman staff. The Beekman Board will be renting a tent, hiring costumed characters and will supply some Beer and Wine (left over from the Annual BBQ.) Food and other items are a Pot Luck!!

Residents are encouraged to bring food and beverages!

To make the night as enjoyable as it can be, we need your help:

Volunteers needed: Since this is a volunteer event, we need residents to undertake set-up, clean-up, breakdown, children's activities and chaperons for Trick or Treating. Many hands make light work, so please volunteer!

Costumes: Halloween is for everyone! We’d love to see residents of all ages came in costume. You're never too old to dress up.

Trick-or-Treating:
Saturday October 26th AND Thursday, October 31st
5:30-7pm
If you plan to give out candy, pick up a RUBER DUCK at the Gatehouse On Saturday at 3pm small bowls will be placed along the walkway, please plase your duck in the bowl. As the children walk around the community they will be able to know who is handing out treats without having to run up and down each staircase.

Parking: Every year our Halloween Party grows bigger and better! This year we will have a tent to give us more space to celebrate. The tent will be set up in the parking lot on the corner of Florida and Ontario Row on Friday October 25th. During the event this corner will be closed off to traffic.

If you have any questions regarding our Halloween Party please contact Sam by email at [email protected]

On Wednesday October 17th residents are encouraged to stop by Garage #10 (in the middle of Florida Row) and drop off additional goods they no longer need or want to keep. While you’re there, look around for items you want to take home – all for free!

All donated items must be clean and in working condition. Types of acceptable items include:

- Clothing
- Books (hard-back or paper-back)

- Toys

- Electronics

- Small (only) tools and appliances

- Broken, non-working, or dirty items
- Large appliances
- Mattresses

For your non-appropriate donation items, we will have a bulk trash drop-off spot set up as well (see details following this announcement). All donated “Free-Cycle” items that have not found a new home by 8:00 am Monday, October 22nd will be disposed of, either by donation to a charitable organization / group or in the bulk trash pickup.
