Complete the background check and landlord verification process when contacted.
Submit your move-in application.
Pay the required move-in costs:

We proudly support affordable housing and welcome housing voucher holders. Voucher recipients are not required to meet the minimum income requirement if the voucher payment standard covers the rent. However, all applicants must meet the applicable maximum income limits.
