❤️ Small Acts, Stronger Community | Supporting Our Neighborhood

At 450K, we believe that being part of a community means looking out for one another, supporting our local partners, and finding meaningful ways to give back. ❤️

Today, just steps away from our front door, Carpe Librum is hosting a gently used book sale through our neighborhood! 📚 If you have books you’d like to donate, we welcome you to drop them off with our concierge team, and we’ll help get them to Carpe Librum DC . Book donations are welcome year-round!

Looking for other ways to give back? We’re also collecting:

👕 Gently used clothing — accepted year-round to help give pre-loved items a new home.

🥫 Canned food donations — our collection box is now available at the concierge desk to support those in need within our community.

Whether it’s sharing a good book, giving clothing a second life, or helping put food on someone’s table, every contribution makes a difference.

Thank you for helping us support our neighborhood, care for one another, and make our community a little stronger, one small act of kindness at a time. ❤️

Together, we make a difference!
