January 28, 2026 was a milestone for me — I helped my 1,000th client achieve their real estate goals.
Hope Wittenberg, a neighbor of mine, reached out in late fall needing help selling the home she’d lived in for 35 years. She was eager to move closer to her daughter, son-in-law, and two grandchildren. We mapped out a plan to start the process in 2026, but shortly after our conversation, the real estate gods smiled: the cutest, most perfect home came on the market just three blocks from her family.
We moved quickly and secured it before competition heated up — at a great price. From there, we pivoted to preparing Hope’s home for sale, listing it right at the start of January. In just six days on the market, nearly 100 people came through, and a week before the storm hit, the home sold 7.5% above list price to an all-cash buyer. Who says winter is slow in real estate?!
1,000 clients ago, I got into this business to help buyers and sellers navigate one of the most important financial transactions of their lives. Having gone through the process myself several times, I saw a real opportunity to help people while doing something I genuinely love... and I haven’t looked back.
I never imagined I’d be writing a story like this 20 years later, but it’s an incredible honor to reflect on the many times I’ve been able to make a positive difference in someone’s life.
The thing about real estate is that we’re only as good as our last deal. So if you’re thinking about a move, I’d love to help you get the best results in today’s market. And if you know someone considering buying or selling, please feel comfortable introducing me — I’d be honored to help.
