Leased in under a month, this 5BD/3BA home in Kemp Mill attracted 10 applications thanks to professional photography, strategic marketing, and a well-attended open house.

Every transaction has its surprises. Just days after hitting the market, the A/C condenser unexpectedly failed. We moved quickly to replace it with a brand-new system just in time for this week’s heat wave.

Z*llow made headlines this week when it launched its app in ChatGPT.

They claim it’s IDX-compliant and that they control which MLS fields are shown but critics argue it still violates cooperative rules that protect agents, brokers, and homeowners.

At Compass, we believe sellers should decide how their home (and data) is marketed.
