As Director of New Agent Growth for DC & MD, Sandy is responsible for training, mentoring and coaching C21 Redwood's newly- and recently-licensed agents. Delivering a series of focused, informative classes, she helps make sure that every new DC & MD Redwood agent has the knowledge base and skills to get off to a quick start in their career. In addition to the formal classes, Sandy works one-on-one

with each new agent to answer questions, offer advice, provide encouragement & accountability and to help avoid (or correct) any misstep. Prior to coming to C21 Redwood to take up the Director of New Agent Growth position, she served two years as Principal Broker for a start-up real estate brokerage in downtown DC. Before moving into management as a broker, she was an agent at a major Mid-Atlantic firm, focused on helping buyers and sellers in DC and the close-in suburbs. Sandy is a licensed Broker in DC, MD and VA. A native Chicagoan, Sandy has lived, worked and played in DC since moving here right out of college when she first became captivated by this endlessly fascinating, beautiful and diverse city.
