With events like financial planning with PACT, a book club with HAAPI, a discussion about breast cancer with Women@Bozzuto and so much more, our ERGs are creating meaningful experiences for our teams. The unwavering passion of our ERGs fosters a sense of belonging at Bozzuto, and we are excited to see what programming they do next.

This forum brings together industry leaders to foster connections, share ideas and support professional development. Through inclusive places such as this, women in the construction industry can feel empowered to lead and make an impact.

During National Hispanic Heritage Month, we honor the lives, legacies and accomplishments of the Hispanic and Latino communities. This month, our employee resource group VIDA hosted events across our markets and a moving discussion about resilience and empowerment. To round out the month, they are volunteering with a local food pantry to help provide food to our neighbors in need. Thank you, VIDA, for a month of connection, education and impact.

This initiative celebrates women who are going above and beyond to make a meaningful impact. We are proud to stand alongside the inspiring finalists and honorees while supporting the March of Dimes mission to improve the health of all mothers and babies.
