Congratulations to my clients on their first home! Moving from another state can be extremely stressful, especially when you don’t know an area very well. My clients are relocating for work from Florida and bought this property sight unseen! I gave them a virtual tour of the property and attended the home inspection in their place. After a remote closing in Florida, they will see the house for the first time when they get the keys! It’s possible to buy real estate when you live in a different location, but who you work with matters. Being able to trust your agent is important. I look forward to helping more families who remotely move to the DMV!
