You're more than welcome to forward properties in other areas of D.C., Prince George's and Montgomery County as well. Where you fit in is helping us to find those properties. All you need is transportation, a digital camera, a little time - on your schedule and a desire to make extra money. We then buy many of those properties for investment, which is where you can make big profits. We will pay you 10% of what we make once we close the transaction. That means, if we make $10,000 on a deal, you'll make $1,000 and so on. That means you'll get paid just from REFERRING the property to us.
