This year we are celebrating 30 years in business. 🥳

For us, it’s more than just a milestone. It’s a testament to the trust our clients and communities have placed in EJF since 1996.

What began as a small firm in Olney, MD, has evolved into a multi-state industry leader, now managing over 750 communities and 33,000 homes. While our footprint has expanded significantly, the mission remains the same. As stated by EJF President, Scott Burka, “Our focus is on delivering reliable, high-quality management while continuing to raise the standard for what communities should expect from their partners.”
