He had a tenant move out for non-payment and this is where she left her things. Now, we have to deal with the city because they issued a fine. This is the headaches the real estate influencers aren’t showing you.

It’s move-in day for two clients at our building!!! After months and months of not finding the right clients, we are elated to have found great matches. This was a long time coming, but you will get that story later. Cheers to weathering the storms and seeing the light at the end of the tunnel!!!!!

Good Morning Folks!!!!! The month of February has been great, we were able to provide great opportunities for some of our clients/tenants.

1. Our homeless veteran who has been with us for 2 1/2 years was able to graduate from the program and move his family from our apt into a town house.

2. December we decided to scaled back by ending our property management services to focus more on expanding our businesses.

3. We sold one of our townhomes. The great part about this was, the buyer was our own client/tenant. When moving into our property, we remember her saying she wanted to buy a home in the near future. Well after four years of working hard, using to report on time rent payments to the credit bureaus, we were happy to provide her the opportunity to become a first time homebuyer!!!!!!! 🏠
