This project was near and dear to my heart because it belonged to my late grandmother, Viola Linzy 💜🙏🏽. We gave new life to her 70+ year old home, which is now a rental and source of additional income for my mother! (Don't mind the photobombers 😅)

Closed on our first rehab property at the tail end of November 2018. Interesting semi-detached home with carpet in the 1st floor bathroom and the kitchen in the basement! Next week we will reveal photos from the demo and rough-in framing. After refocusing on my real estate business in early 2018, I'm very excited to be taking these first steps to achieving my dream of having a successful real estate company.
