Orchid Properties is Breaking Records! Sold in ONE day! $737,000.00, $12,000.00 over the asking price! There were some who questioned the price. I must single out one particular conservative curmudgeonly woman, who upon hearing the price, sarcastically replied, "Pffft, good luck with that!" Well despite her disingenuous well wishes, it is sold, in record time at an all time new high price point for a semi-detached home in BROOKLAND!
