During National Hispanic Heritage Month, we honor the lives, legacies and accomplishments of the Hispanic and Latino communities. This month, our employee resource group VIDA hosted events across our markets and a moving discussion about resilience and empowerment. Originally from Ethiopia and now calling the DMV home, he joined Bozzuto on August 31 as Reynard’s new Sales & Marketing Associate.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife and their 1-year-old son, hanging out with friends, serving at church, and, of course, finding a good cup of coffee ☕️
