DLH wins next tenant for the commercial campus in Delmenhorst near Bremen
As of January 8, 2024, Deutsche Logistik Holding (DLH) signed the next lease agreement for space at its industrial campus in Delmenhorst. The tenant is a trading company that will merge its previous locations in its new property.

In addition to a hall rental area of approx. 959 m², the rental area also includes an office rental area of 395 m². The signed lease has a term of 5 years with renewal options. The lease is scheduled to start in July 2024.

"The development of the Delmenhorst industrial campus is an outstanding project in a prime location. While the construction progress is progressing at high speed, the "run" to the last available areas has now begun," says Joshua Nieschwitz, Letting Manager at DLH.

A total of 35,000 m² of flexible hall and office space for regionally and nationally active companies is being built on a site area of 62,000 m² on the commercial campus in Delmenhorst. This means that only approx. 8,600 m² of commercial space plus office and social space are currently available for rent. The overall occupancy rate is already +70%. Further discussions with potential tenants are currently underway.

Overall completion is scheduled for July 2024.

Robert C. Spies Industrial Real Estate Co. KG has been exclusively mandated to lease the space.
