Over the next couple of years there is going to be significant activity in the real estate market nationwide. 7,000,000 people will be hitting retirement agent, many looking to downsize or relocate. There will also be millions of marriages and children born - these families will become first-time buyers or will be looking to upgrade their home needing more space. Ultimately the number 1 reason people move is to be closer to family (free childcare😝)

What’s happening in the market today?

- 45+ million 1st-time buyers are going to be entering the housing market, as millennials start buying

- interest rates are hovering in the mid-6’s. Over the past 30 years they have hovered in the median range of 6-10%.

- 52% of all sellers are baby boomers as they retire and decide to downsize. There is more inventory coming down the pipeline.
