Such a fun afternoon celebrating this gorgeous new build right here in my own neighborhood! With 5 bedrooms, 5.5 baths and beautiful new construction, there was plenty to see- but for me, the Palisades location is always part of the story.

I may be a little biased, but I love living and working in a neighborhood that still feels like a true community- where you run into friends at the farmers market, grab coffee or dinner around the corner, and somehow always see someone you know.

DC now has more million-dollar neighborhoods than ever before - an interesting reflection of just how much the city’s real estate landscape continues to evolve.
As always in DC, the story is incredibly neighborhood-specific, but this is an interesting look at where values are today.
