There's no one-size-fits-all number. It depends on how your team works. Here are rough planning ranges (usable sq ft per person):

🪑 Hybrid / high-density: ~60–100 sq ft
🗂️ Open plan with some private offices: ~100–150 sq ft
🚪 Private-office heavy (law, finance, client-facing): ~150–250 sq ft

One thing most people miss: leases are priced on rentable square feet, which typically runs 15–25% higher than the space you actually occupy. Build that into your math before you start touring.
