Mortgage Rates to decrease once again! What does that mean? Lower interest rates on mortgages means it will cost less to borrow and lower monthly payments!

Fed leaders anticipated that growth would cool this year to around 2 percent. The rate cuts are meant to prevent growth from slipping much below that pace.

This is a great article to read if you are thinking about purchasing an investment property. Investment properties are all about the numbers and are NOT all about the "Feels" you get when you enter a property. I always tell my clients that buying an investment property is the same as purchasing a business. You want that business to thrive and have a positive return on your investment. The chart used in the article is very similar to the spreadsheet I give to my clients. I highly recommend purchasing an investment property for long-term residual income. Great for retirement planning as well!

I truly believe that homeownership is fully attainable when you have the right information and the right representation. There are great home buying programs that help with down-payment assistance, grants towards closing cost and low interest loans for low to moderate income buyers.
